These terms govern direct guest bookings made on bonairebeachvillas.com with BBVS, LLC.

Company Identity & Scope

Bonaire Beach Villas is owned, operated, and billed by BBVS, LLC, a registered limited liability company in the State of Wyoming, USA. We are the direct property owner and accommodation provider of the villas listed on this site; we are not a third-party reseller or travel broker.

Direct Bookings & Card Payments

• A reservation is legally confirmed when the deposit payment is cleared. Details on schedules, balances, and refunds are outlined in our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
• Credit card transactions are processed securely using PCI Level-1 SSL encryption and mandatory 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication. Your statement descriptor will reflect a charge from Bonaire Beach Villas (BBVS, LLC).
• By initiating a payment, you warrant that all guest details are accurate and that you are the authorized cardholder.

Stay Policies & Occupancy Limits

• The primary renting guest must be at least 25 years of age and assumes complete responsibility for all guests in their party.
• Maximum occupancy limits (12 guests per villa) are strictly enforced to comply with local safety regulations.
• A security deposit or card authorization holds are enforced to cover damages, lost items, or incidentals.

Cancellations & Refunding

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing and are processed strictly in accordance with our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, BBVS, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to acts of God, flight interruptions, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in Wyoming courts.
